Summary and Suggestions

Purposes of practicum

   The objectives of this practicum align with my expectations as I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge in teaching students, engage in mutual learning experiences, and leverage any occasional mistakes as valuable learning opportunities for personal improvement.

The challenges of practicum

   I faced challenges during the practicum due to my limited proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia. Teaching and communicating with students and teachers solely in English was quite challenging. Fortunately, SMA YP UNILA had provided a translator from the start, which was very helpful. However, there were instances when the translator was not familiar with computer terminology. This prompted me to simplify technical terms into everyday language, making it easier for high school students to understand.
